1st class is definitely what I would say. I purchased my 1st shotgun yesterday - a Beretta 687. The staff were very helpful getting loads of guns in my price range making sure the one i was buying fitted me and giving sound advice. There was no pressure selling and i had enough money to buy a cheap semi auto aswell. What a result. Thanks and see you again.

Today I made my first visit to your premises, but not my last. I feel I must let you and your staff know how impressed I was with the whole experience. I found you and your staff extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I was impressed by the fact that you had kept the gun I chose for 2 weeks without even asking for a deposit. You were very helpful in ensuring the gun was suited to my needs, and even spent time adjusting the gun to the best possible fit. Just a few lines to say thank you and in particular to Clive for the service I received when I visited your shop. I did not feel hurried or harrased and went through a few guns before making my decision. I did ask for advise on barrel length and type of gun etc and was steered in the right direction by Clive but there was no pressure to buy a gun at the time which was nice. I think that it should be mentioned what a top team you have at avalon guns its worth the drive down. So shooters if you have nothing to do on a saturday afternoon its worth the trip. P.S. You will even get a cup of tea!
